Wide arch NBR bellow joints rubber consists of four parts: inner lining layer, winding layer, outer lining layer, and flange. Experienced craftsmen use hand-winding technology to wrap the pre-treated rubber strips according to a specific angle and tension, layer by layer on top of the precision-designed molds, and each layer of winding needs to be precisely controlled to ensure that the thickness of the pipe wall is uniform and the corrugated structure is regular.
